1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made at Fujiyama Bistro (on-site, for pickup, or online).
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
2.1) Our offer is non-binding. Orders become legally effective only through our confirmation or by handing over the goods.
2.2) Online orders are binding. A delivery claim exists only if all conditions are met (minimum order value, delivery area, etc.).
2.3) We reserve the right to reject orders if products are unavailable or for a valid reason. In this case, the customer will be informed.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1) All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT.
3.2) Payments are possible as follows:

3.3) Vouchers or discount codes are not accepted.
4. Delivery and Pickup
4.1) Delivery areas and minimum order values:
Minimum order value €20 within the city of Celle (postal code area 29221). Other areas only on request.
4.2) Delivery time may vary depending on order volume.
4.3) Pickups take approximately 15 minutes. For more precise pickup times, please call us.
4.4) Pre-ordering for later times is not possible.
5. Cancellation and Exchange
5.1) An order cannot be cancelled after completion.
5.2) If an exchange is necessary, please contact us by phone.
5.3) If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact the customer.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1) Since the food is freshly prepared, there is no right of return.
6.2) If a product is defective, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.
7. Liability
7.1) We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure.
7.2) Liability for health complaints caused by allergies or intolerances is excluded. The customer is responsible for checking the ingredients.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies.
10. Jurisdiction
German law applies. Jurisdiction is Celle.
